Tom Aikens relaunches his flagship Tom’s Kitchen, Chelsea restaurant – with Strata Stoneware

Innovative, modern and comfortable environments… this is the core bedrock for Tom Aiken’s unique collection of restaurants. At 26, Tom became the youngest British chef ever to be awarded two Michelin stars. He opened the first brasserie style ‘Tom’s Kitchen’ restaurant in Chelsea in 2006. The group now has five sites across London, one site in Birmingham and two international outposts in Istanbul and Dubai.

His flagship restaurant in Chelsea has just reopened. It has undergone a complete refurbishment as well as changes to both the menu and floorplan. The relaunch emphasises a British seasonal menu evolution which should deliver a fresh and provenance driven experience. Crucially we see this as directly in alignment with key consumer trends, demanding relaxed and informal environments.

The Chelsea site will be the first look at his new sharing menu. Heritage is delighted to have played a key role as our Strata Stoneware has been selected to serve Tom’s seasoned British menu.
